Gospel Hand

Grace- Heaven is a free gift. It cannot be earned or deserved. (Romans 8:23/ Ephesians 2:8-9)

~ Indeed, heaven must be a free gift because...~

Man is a sinner. Define sin: What we do, what we don't do, what we think. (Roman 3:23). Man cannot save himself. (Matthew 5:48)

~Let's look at the God of the Bible~ 

God is love & merciful: God love us as a sinner. God is just: He must punish sin. (Exodus 34:7)

~God solved the problem by sending Jesus Christ~

Jesus- 1) Who is Jesus? infinite God & infinite Man in flesh. (John 1:1 & 14) 2) What he did?  Jesus died on the cross, rose again in 3 days to pay off our sin and purchased the place in heaven. Sin separate man & God. (Isaiah 53:6)

~The gift is received by faith.~

Faith- Only Key to Heaven. Saving faith is not merely head knowledge (James 2:19) or temporal faith, such as health, family, financial blessing. Saving faith is trust Jesus alone as your personal Savior & Lord.

Commitment from heart. Do not take it light. Only do it if you mean to. Holy Spirit will reveal and guard your heart.

• Commitment Question: Would you like to receive the gift of eternal life?
• Clarification of Commitment: Let me clarify this

1) Transfer your trust 

2) Receive Jesus as Savior

3) Receive Jesus as Lord- May change everything (Rev 3:20)

4) Repent- Turn around
